If these are pending 485 applications at USCIS, Number of pending applications with PD later than JUL 2007 should be zero.
If these are labor filings, they probably dont include dependents.

Upto GC, it is fine to do any movement/lead..perfectly acceptable.
But do not waste energy and aggressivness on citizenship related things. It rather damages the effort, just by adding citizenship related things.
It is as equal as what happened in the past, that adding illegal and legal based reform in teh single capsule blowed out everything and no benefit came out finally.

I called vonage cs too...she confirmed the 5k limit exists for residential vonage world program. Minutes are counted only against outgoing calls. 5000 min is approximately ~ 2.6 hours per day for 31 days which I think should be sufficient, unless you are running some kind of a business from home.
In a case the 5k limit is nearing or has exceeded, vonage will send an email alerting us to this, at which point we will need to talk to their usage management team. This team will evaluate the situation for us - mostly that translates to this - if we exceed this again, they may make us get the next higher premium plan.

I'm not getting this. If DOS/USCIS wants to retrogress the current dates then why they will wait for july2nd or 3rd. As they know people will file their applications by 29th june or they will try to deliver their applications by 2nd of july. So,if this rumour is really true then they would have posted revised bulletin in this week only , latest by today only, so that people will stop filling applications. So guys relax and keep doing whatever you were doing and file your applications by 2nd july.

That could be the reason they did not issue a revised bulletin for Jun, when the "other worker" category became unavailable and that would make sense. They could not issue a revised bulletin, so the sent a letter to USCIS not to accept the "other worker" category anymore, which in turn will case a law suit. .... I think this all is a rumor!!!

gc_chahiye is correct - this is precisely why my lawyer advised me not to go with 2nd set of 485 + if one gets rejected the other one automatically gets rejected (when both are combined)
We decided to go for 485 that had older PD

With all the confusion and movement of applications to different centers... things can only get complicated in my opinion. One can only hope for the best

As far as I know, FB and EB are completely independent of each other. As long as you can prove that you have been in legal status all along, there is nothings stopping you from applying for AOS based on marriage. However, none of us here are legal experts on such niche immigration issues since there wouldnt be too many of us in that situation; so consult an expert attorney asap. In such matters I would not go by advise on a public forum.

yup - i got duplicate CPO emails as well - one on sep 1 and another on sep 2. The LUD date also changed from sep 1 to sep 2 after the 2 updates. Today i got the 485 approved email.
Dont have the GC in hand yet - looks like none of the folks who got current in Sep have received their GCs yet. Speaking to some folks who got current last month, it seems like most folks had GCs in hand within 10-15 days of the first status update regarding CPO.

My Guess is , It is a rumour . since the USCIS suspended the I -140 Premium Service for the month of july . It clearly indicates they are aware/expecting many of the I -485 filings from July 1st and do not want to promise I- 140 decision in 15 days during July .
