The lizard is well exposed, but the composition bothers me some. Feels out of balance to the left because of the cactus. The flower & lily pads are very nice, but I really like the butterfly. Good subject isolation and vibrant color.

I will be travelling outside US using AP by end of this month. I don not have valid stamped visa. Recently small part of my old company (A)got acquired by new company and my job was moved to new company (B)
Lawyer at company B applied for New H1 in May 2008 ( old is still valid till 2009)�but haven�t received approved 797 notice yet.
Can I travel outside US and comeback without haveing approved new 797 notice. I do have EAD and old 797.
Any issues ? I don�t want to abandon my H1 status.
Gurus please advise.

It looks like the rumors are no more circulating of people being deported.
There are no posts on the forum about it. So either there are no deportations now or people have realized that they were only rumors.

Hi All,
I am new to this forum. My husband is working for a desi consulting company and they also filed for my h1. Now my hubby is planning to move out.
When my hubby moves out they might bargain using my h1 approval.
They havent given me a copy of the H1b approval. Could some one tell me the reasons to get the I-797 copy from the consultant?Once I get it I would like to transfer to some good company.
I heard that there is a I-824 form requesting copy when the actual approval notice is lost. Can I file for that and it seems it takes 6 months to get the actual copy.
Does the info pass help here ?

My friend's application got rejected for incorrect filling fee, how ever his attorney refiled the case, let's how long does it take to get the receipt ??any one got receipts after refiling ?

I can't suggest anything on this. Its upto you. I guess you can wait till the end of this month. Sometimes they approve without sending FP notice as per some posts on immigration forums. you never know it is USCIS.... good luck..

My employer applied for H1 extn last year (sept'08) and after my project ended in Nov'08, I left to home country in Dec'08 (I-94 expired)and I recently came back on H4. I heardfrom my employer that I got an RFE asking client letter and due date was May 4th. He did not respond since I didn't have project. My case was file in jan 02. I have approved labour and I-140. I filed my I-485 in Jun 2005 and have an EAD and parole. How do I find when can I file my spouse's case.

Is the namespace for your FontCollection.cs file the same as that of your Window1.xaml / cs file? The reason is, if I try the following code, I am able to see FontCollection appear in the data pane:

My I-140 is applied during Jan 2007 under EB2 category. My LCA says Masters with 24 months experience amd alternative as Bachelors with 5 Yrs experience. As per the processing time updates, they are processing March 21st 2007. I don't see any updates other than Case is pending.
What should I do to get this processed?. Should I call customer service and ask for SR?

While working for Company A, I took LC substitute (may 2007 as a future employer) for Compnay B and filed concurrent 140/485 in July 2007 fiasco (India EB3 PD Oct 2004). Later in Feb 08, I've joined Company B with H1 transfer while 140 & 485 were pending (for me and my spouse). I've not filed H4 ext for my wife thru company B as we both had VISA stamping from Company A till 4 Apr 09. I94 also has the same dates.
My H1 with company B got approved early this month (Took 12+ months after one RFE was answered in Oct 08). New H1 and I94 on Approved 797 has the date till 02 Oct 2010 (6 yrs from the first H1 start date). The I94 card number is not same as my previous I94 card. 140 got approved in Oct 08. I've valid EAD (renewed once) but never used it.
I'm curently on H1 and my wife is on H4. My wife's EAD is expired and I'm in the process of renewing it. My wife's H4 & I94 is expiring on 4 Apr 09 and I've not filed for H4 extn.
1. Do I need to file H4 extn? Or will my wife's status changes to AOS when the H4 & I94 expires? Will my status also have to change from H1 to AOS inorder for my wife's status to change to AOS?
2. If my wife can change to AOS while I'm on H1, can she start using EAD and I continue to be on H1?
3. If I'm on H1 and loose the job then I'll have to go back to India. But if I change my status to AOS/EAD then I can stay in US waiting for the next job. If I loose the job, can I change to EAD (after losing the job) or should it be done while I've job in hand?
4. If I switch to EAD and have some issue with 485 processing, can I switch back to H1 (Provided I'm still with the same employer and my H1 is valid)? What happens to my wife's staus in this case?

Well you can Jump start a car whose battery is dead but rest of the electrical system is good.
So after the jump start when engine starts it keeps running on alternator.
Economy's electical wiring (Financial system) is in a big mess so jump start may not work. ;)
